I have always had a special place for the elderly as well as a need to help them. There have been a few different live-in caregiving positions I have had. One was for an elderly lady who had an amputated leg with diabetes. I learned how to dispense insulin as well as use a hoyer lift. The other was for a hospice patient who was bedridden and had a stroke a little while back. Both cases were unique and I have learned a great deal from each. I hope to continue my services!
