My husband and I are a Pastoral family. I have always been raised in a family assisting elderly or handicap individuals. I am passionate about helping people. Recently I have been caring for a 92 year old gentleman. I am looking for a caretaker position in exchange for housing. We own a home in the southern tier, but my husband is working for our church denomination in Niagara Falls, NY. Can not afford two houses. I recently became a CNA, I have been working 3 months fulltime at a nursing home. I do enjoy working at the nursing home and have become very close to the residents, however I always wanted to do homecare so I can give one person all my attention, be able to have conversations with, and give them the best service possible.
