You would be expected to cook her dinner, be there if she needs help with her transfers and get her bedroom ready for her to go to sleep. She goes to bed early so you would get plenty of sleep to be able to work during the day for your other expenses. We have everyday covered and with notice can cover a night or nights off when needed.
