Description

I have experience in caregiving. I mainly have experience in helping my grandmother. She has Alzheimer's disease. I have helped her before this as well. I have taken her to Dr. appointments, called in her medicine refills, helped with cooking, she has Alzheimer's now so she will ask the same thing over and over again so I just answer her over and over again. I also have taken care of my dad when he had pancreas surgery. He had an open wound that had to be cleaned and repacked daily I did this for him. I also have kept children in my home the past four years. I like playing cards and board games and coloring to keep older people busy, not much for sitting in front of TV all day. I also like to keep them involved in activities in the kitchen, taking them out to the park or walking if they are able.
