Description

Seeking a home caregiver position that offers challenging and diverse opportunities. The position would utilize my strengths of dealing effectively with people and would give me the opportunity to be creative. My experience, training and personal attributes blend together to create a composite of qualities which can contribute significantly to positive bottom line results. Perhaps foremost among these is a sense of leadership which permits me to quickly assimilate the risks and benefits of diverse issues to develop and implement pragmatic solutions in a decisive manner. Of particular importance is my ability to communicate effectively, including listening. I am able to quick study many different disciplines, including many in the technical area, and am able to design innovative approaches to problem solving. I am highly organized and disciplined with a commitment to complete tasks which are undertaken and I require very little oversight. The background to my success also stems from my capacity to develop relevant material and information, in short, being knowledgeable in researching and acquiring data as are required to make a competent decision. The intangible quality of presence allows me to command the attention of my audience and in turn, provides me with the opportunity to be extremely persuasive in selling new ideas. I am very positive in outlook, but with a sense of compromise which provides me with the capability to negotiate difficult and tenuous issues. This also requires me to be adaptable to changes, both in people and in ideas. Underlying these qualities is a basic understanding of people and how they are motivated. I work extremely well with a wide range of people and am aggressive in pursuing new contacts.
