10 Years experience working with individuals with Mental Retardation, behavioral issues, community participation, med administration, ADA Rights, neglect and abuse. and supportive living. Founder of Direct Support Professionals Association of TN,(DSPAT.ORG),  C0-Chair of Exhibit Committee for Arc of TN. Mega Conference, served on planning committee for Arc of TN Disability Conference. Also served on Board of Directors for a supportive living agency for Cumberland Community Options. Job Coach at City of Franklin for agency for individual with mental retardation and behavioral issues on job sites. I have many aspects of experience and enjoy working with people with disabilities and would like to return to the field in MS. I took a couple of years off from field to do other things for awhile but want to return to a field where i may assist others to achieve their dreams and goals. I am looking to work in a home,community, or some other type of setting to offer my experience in supporting a company's goals of excellent care or to a family in need of support.
