Description

I have worked as a live-in caregiver(CNA) for 8 years. She had Alzheimer's in the beginning and I helped her with bathing, dressing, eating, shopping, going to doctor, etc. Later, I stayed with her in the nursing home where I was able to help other people who had had a stroke, were terminally ill, etc. I have worked with mechanical lifts, catheter bags, foley bags, feeding tubes, ambulation(helping them walk), activities of daily living, exercises, bed sores, etc. I deeply enjoy my work... I care about the people I am with and try to help them get better and stay comfortable.
