Description

I have 2 years experience in long term care. I worked at a local nursing home and my main area of care was Alzheimer's/Dementia, mentally challenged, Down's Syndrome, and also some psychiatric experience. I am a current nursing student and absolutely love what I do. I don't know why I have such passion for the elderly but upon completion of school, I do hope to specialize in geriatrics. Back in my younger days of middle school, I also did some volunteer work at another local nursing home which then inspired me to stay in the field and continue with education as a healthcare professional as I got older and now here I am.
