Description
I have been a CNA for 8 years now. I currently work in a nursing home. I love my job but working in a nursing home we are usually under staffed and are unable to provide quality care to our residents. I would like to have more time with my patient and be able to take care of them with out them waiting for more then a few minutes to get there needs met.
