I have previous experience as a medicine tech/caregiver-as a medicine techi pass medicines to the elderly and if some one was to be sick I would send them out to the hospital. I take all the vitals if I needed to. As a caregiver I help them eat, bath, and dress and transfer them to and from their wheelchairs and help them to and from bed.
