I worked for a older couple Mary and Roy, Mary was in a wheelchair and I basically assisted her with everyday things like bathing using the bathroom and transporting her from her bed to her wheel chair and also her recliner. I also did light housekeeping such a laundry and dusting also helping her with her meds and keeping track of her blood pressure and also preparing her meals. And most important just being there for her we always went out on the deck and sat in the sun she loved being outside. I was also pregnant at the time with my twin boys who are now 9months. I really loved working with Mary being able to make a difference in someones life by showing them love and respect and being able to build a relationship one on one. I have experience in the medical field , I was an LVN for 2 years but no longer licensed to practice, I have been out of the profession for 28 years.
