She is able to take care of most of her own personal needs other than occasional times when she is not feeling well, then she might require a little more assistance. Her memory is also slipping so she can't remember if she has an appointment or not and does get mixed up sometimes on whether it is day or night. So she needs reminding of that type of stuff.
