Compassionate Caregivers

At Home Helpers of the Western Suburbs our only goal is to provide excellent care for you and/or your loved one. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Other than our own family, our clients are our top priority. Home Helpers is a full-service agency. We screen, train, employ and supervise our caregiving staff. We withhold taxes and contribute to workers' comp and unemployment insurance. We bond and insure all of our employees. Before anyone is hired, we search felony and misdemeanor databases while also performing a social security number trace and driving record review. Our caregivers are compassionate, capable, reliable individuals that we trust to take care of our family members. Each is hand-picked and trained for your specific situation in order to ensure the best possible outcome. Our services can be provided in your home, retirement community, nursing home, hospital or rehabilitation center. And, we have no minimum requirements. Whether it's one hour a week, 24-hour live-in support or something in between, our caregivers will be there! You will never need to sign a contract, guarantee a schedule or make an advance payment. You may terminate at any time for any reason and will owe nothing more than services previously rendered. An RN supervises all caregivers. You will always have the opportunity to meet and approve of the caregiver before they start. We will strive to have a back-up caregiver in case of illness.
