In-home Service Provider

MDS IN-HOME SERVICES IS A MEDICAID CERTIFIED AGENCY. WE PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH PERSONAL CARE: bathing, planning meals, making beds, oral hygiene, shopping for essentials and assist with whweelchair and walker. HOMEMAKER SERVICES: cleaning kitchen and bathroom, laundry, run errands, and dusting/vacuuming. RESPITE CARE: supervision, compaionship, and direct client assistance for client unable to care for themselves, or to relieve caregiver. We provide assistance with tracheostomy, ventilator, tube feedings, suctioning,diabetic monitoring, pressure sore treatment, colostomy care and irrigation, and catheter care and changes. AUTHORIZED NURSE VISITS: weeklly monitoring of blood pressure, blood sugar, skin, asssess plan of care. Our goal is to provide continutity of care (physical, mental, and social) to enhance recovery.
