A Brief Description of Some of our Health Care Staff/Services:

• RN - The Director of Nursing is responsible for the supervision of staff and the client’s care through timely updates to their care plan. The client’s progress is routinely monitored thorough assessments as needed.
• LPN’s - The Licensed Practical Nurse renders general nursing care such as medication management and complex wound and dressing care.
• CNA’s/CCG’s - The Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Care Giver assists the client with their activities of daily living, which may include showering and personal hygiene.
• COMPANIONS - Provide services other than medical care, to include but not limited to cooking, cleaning, laundry, medication reminders, mail preparation and errands.
• HOMEMAKERS - Perform individualized light housekeeping for clientele who are unable to carry out household duties re: Laundry, cleaning.
• LIVE-IN PERSONNEL - Provide around clock assistants to the client.
